How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Dine-In Customers: Speak with the Manager during your visit.

Takeaway or Delivery Customers: Contact us immediately at 0402 679 095 with your details and explain the basis of your refund request.

Return the item to PIA Cafe as soon as possible to assist in the assessment of your claim.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement

The item must typically be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed.

For non-major issues, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If we cannot replace it within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Refunds will be provided via the original payment method (cash or credit card). Store credits, if requested, will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
